Anthony Canecchia, the owner of San Tan Brewing, plays a lot of roles in the company. Aside from being the owner, he also serves as the architect and brew master of San Tan. He honed this skill for around seven years at Four Peaks Brewing Company. After that period, he decided to build his own business specializing in brewing and mixing beer.

These include infusing tea leaves into Gold, clove or anise into their Amber, orange peel into their offered Hefeweizen, and vanilla and coffee into their Stout.
