Anthony Canecchia, the founder of San Tan Brewing, is one of the most famous brewers in the brewery industry at present. His skillfulness in the field of brewing unique beers is one of the reasons why international brewers from different places line up to work with him. Aside from being the founder of San Tan, Anthony also got his fame from serving as the head brew master of the company. He is truly passionate when it comes to producing amazing craft beers that can be paired well with the right foods. The good thing about this master brewer is that he does not just use any ingredients in creating his products. He exerts considerable effort in ensuring that the beers, and food pairings he created are enough to make San Tan on top of the choices of handcrafted beer fans.

Anthony Canecchia spent more than seven years molding his skills and craft at Four Peaks Brewing Company. The skills he acquired from the company make him capable of creating his own brewery and running it successfully. His efforts in improving his skills in the field for more than seven years paid off since this improves his capacity of venturing on his own, and start running San Tan. Before he started his own company, Anthony sought the help and cooking expertise of Dennis Martinez, an executive chef. They established a partnership with an aim of running a brewery that will surely turn out into an international destination.

Combining the brewing skills and the cooking skills of Anthony Canecchia and Dennis Martinez turned into a tremendous success. Their partnership resulted to great pairings of food and beer that have become widely recognized all throughout Arizona. Presently, San Tan is among the best breweries in the state of Arizona. What makes Anthony even more popular is his ability to welcome suggestions from other brew masters worldwide. He encourages brew masters to be one with him in producing fun and new flavors and unique casks that can be shared by different people from different places worldwide, particularly the adoring customers of San Tan.

His skills have also captured the attention of international global brewing superstars. This further leads to earning a good reputation in the industry. Along with his chef partner, Anthony proves that his craft beers are not only perfect for aficionados. His unique creations can work for everyone who wish to get a taste of beverages that deliver diverse flavors. The handcrafted beers offered by San Tan can even appeal to non-beer drinkers, who are just beginning to search for new flavors for beverages that they will surely enjoy.

San Tan Brewing Is Honored on the 10 Best Breweries List!

New Times recently announced its list of the 10 best breweries and San Tan Brewing is proud to be on the list. Anthony Canecchia has announced that he is grateful to everyone involved in helping to make this honor possible as he feels that it is not something that any one person can do on their own, but is something that is only done as a team. The entire focus of San Tan Brewing has always been to provide Arizona with some of the tastiest craft beers available on the market and it appears that they have succeeded in this.

Amazing Craft Beers for the People

When creating beers for everyone to enjoy, a lot of attention is placed on the ingredients that go into the beers. Whether making the standard beer selections that are available year round or coming up with something new, Anthony Canecchia and his brew masters make sure that they create beers that are going to be well received. Some of the seasonal beers will have a slightly different taste from year to year in an effort to create a beer that is unique to the season and will provide the best flavor.

The feedback from the people drinking the beer has a lot to do with the way that the craft beers will evolve from the San Tan Brewing Company. This is because it is important to create a beer that not only tastes great, but will be well received by those who are actually buying the beers. Anthony Canecchia appreciates the feedback that is available from those people who go to the restaurant throughout the year, because he is able to get instant feedback from them about the beers that are being produced. Rather than having to wait for a letter to come in, he can simply visit the bar or a table and ask them what they think of the beer.

A Gratifying Art

Those involved in the brewing process at San Tan Brewing Company are very into what they are doing. There is a lot of pride that goes into not only selecting the best ingredients to make the best craft beers, but combining the ingredients in the right way to create a finished product the whole team can be proud of.

To date, not only has Anthony Canecchia and San Tan Brewing been able to create the beers that those who visit the restaurant have celebrated, but also the beers that the entire community has been able to enjoy. It is no wonder that the brewing company is being honored on the 10 best list of breweries by New Times and it is their hope that their continued commitment to excellence will keep them on this list for a long time to come. Regardless of where San Tan Brewing is on any list, it is expected that the beer itself will keep making the list of beers that the community is buying and enjoying on a regular basis. San Tan Brewing Company Proud to Offer Heroes 19 Beer!

Recently, Anthony Canecchia and San Tan Brewing Company got together with the Arizona Brewers Guild to create the Heroes 19 beer as a tribute to those who lost their lives in the Yarnell Hill Fire. The heroic efforts of the Hotshot crew will not soon be forgotten with the tasty craft beer that was created in order to remember those who have fallen. The proceeds from the beer available at this restaurant and several others in the area is made specifically to honor those who gave their lives to help protect the community from fire. Brewed with 19 different hops and achieving a 19 on the color scale, it is truly a beer to be enjoyed while remembering those who work so hard to protect people.

Have a Beer with Firefighters

In order to allow those who want to truly celebrate the firefighters, San Tan Brewing Company put on an event called, “We Love Our Firefighters”. At the event, 5 kegs of Heroes 19 were served to the people. This is an amazing turnout and it is especially endearing to brewers like Anthony Canecchia, because it means that every dollar of the proceeds were able to help firefighter charities so that other firefighters and their families will get the help they need whenever tragedy may strike.

At the event, attendees were able to meet with the rest of the firefighters from the Hotshot crew and even drink a beer with them. The fire trucks were there for the kids and adults to check out and it was a fun event for all. San Tan Brewing Company hosted the event and served their Fireman’s Chili. It was all well received by those who turned out and Anthony Canecchia was proud to have made his company a part of an effort that gives back to those that mean so much to the Arizona communities.

Additional Tributes

While the event at San Tan Brewing Company was a success, it was not enough to pay homage to those who so dutifully gave their lives as well as the firefighters who still show up whenever there is a fire. As such, there are other events that are going to be scheduled throughout Arizona and by checking www.craftbeeraz.com, it is possible to see all of the rest of the events that are scheduled to take place.

All of the events that are scheduled to take place are hosted by members of the Arizona Craft Brewers Guild and the proceeds will go to help the families of firefighters. If you are just looking to have a pint of Heroes 19 separate from these events, you are able to find it at San Tan Brewing company, according to Anthony Canecchia, as well as at Coach and Willies, Bourbon Jacks Bar and Grill, and Irish Republic House. Make sure that you either attend one of these events or go to one of these locations to try Heroes 19 and pay tribute to those who work so hard to protect you and the rest of the community.

Anthony Canecchia's San Tan Brewing Company and Some Highlights of its Success!

San Tan Brewing Company is a brewery which started its operations in 2007. From that year up to the present, San Tan continues to hold an excellent reputation and name for itself as a provider of the most favorite craft beers in Arizona. The company holds this impressive reputation by continuously committing to advancing the craft beer culture. San Tan achieves a high rank in the most favorite craft beers in Arizona by ensuring that their production process uses high quality ingredients, and highly advanced techniques. Aside from its great-tasting beers containing high quality ingredients, San Tan also received loyal followers and customers because of the delicious foods that it offers. Visiting its pub also allows enjoying happy hour specials, beer festival participation and live music.

San Tan Brewing Company

One of the highlights of San Tan Brewing Company's operations is when its owner and brew master Anthony Canecchia partnered with Joe Johnston, a local restaurateur and renowned owner of Liberty Market, on the last quarter of 2012 with an aim of creating a special and unique holiday brew called the 12 Daze Caramel Spiced Amber. This is one of the highlights of the few years of operations of San Tan because this draws more and more people into the company and further boosts its reputation. The established partnership with Joe Johnston signifies the first collaboration between a well-recognized craft eatery and craft brewery. The collaboration combined the American Strong Amber of San Tan and the famous Chai tea of the Liberty market. This combination delivered a flavorful explosion that captured the attention of most residents and visitors of Arizona who wish to enjoy the unmistakable holiday cheer.

San Tan Brewing Company's 12 Daze Caramel Spiced Amber is one of its most famous winter seasonal brews, drawing thousands of residents in the state into the company's location to get a taste of this unique handcrafted beverage. This drink blends a dozen ingredients in order to create a nicely accented amber ale which suits the holiday season. During that time, it was reported that around ten pounds of the Chai tea blend of Liberty Market, which consists of cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, fresh ginger, nutmeg and black pepper, were added into the batch.

The ale will start as a strong Amber Ale which is reminiscent of the taste of the Americans and uses high amounts of Munich, Victory Malt, special roast and caramel which is effective in allowing the Chai tea blend to obtain a firm base for the malt. The collaboration is a huge success for the company since it allows the public to look forward into getting a taste of the unique and great-tasting ale every year.

The canned versions of the handcrafted beers offered by San TanBrewing also made its way all over the country through its highly efficient distribution. The company's award winning Devil's Ale even receives a lot of attention from both locals and foreigners in and out of the state and country. Recently, San Tan's canned beers were also distributed in various states including Tennessee, Kentucky, New Mexico and Oklahoma with an aim of getting the drinks known in different places. This results to allowing the smooth and unique taste of the famous Devil's Ale to be paired impressively with a hearty southern hospitality. This further leads to grabbing more attention than usual, so expect San Tan to continue thriving in the next few months and years.
